Job Description
Company: Human Resource Solutions International – HRSI
Position title: Manager Business Origination & Execution
Reporting to: Chief Investment Officer
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Professional knowledge of structured/trade finance and project finance
- Experience in investment banking, infrastructure, and project financing
- Knowledge of financial instruments and risk mitigation
- Experience in preparing transaction documentation and negotiating funding terms
- Ability to interact with senior officials of banks, corporates, government
Main Responsibilities:
- Business development and identifying financing opportunities
- Evaluating business opportunities for commercial merit
- Structuring sustainable financing solutions
- Preparing and presenting financing proposals to the board committee(s)
- Conducting analytical work for designing financing structures
- Coordinating pre-financing due diligence and monitoring funded transactions
