Job Description
KSBL is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual for the position of Manager Career Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide, develop, and maintain effective development programs for students.
- Plan interventions like Personality Assessments, Grooming Sessions, Workshops, and more for student development.
- Facilitate students with internships, mentorships, and other experiential learning opportunities.
- Assist students with placements by inviting employers for recruitment drives and sessions.
- Build relationships with employers to align student development with market needs.
- Counsel students on career aspirations and goal achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters from a reputable institute
- Minimum 5 years of experience in headhunting or university career services
- Excellent communication and people management skills
