Job Description
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM PST (on-site).
We seek an experienced operations lead to manage US healthcare processing and ensure TATs, 98%+ accuracy, and 90%+ client satisfaction. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, coordinating clinic activities, managing staffing, overseeing insurance and patient onboarding, and producing performance reports.
