Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager Contact Center – Business Research & Outbound. As a Manager at our Contact Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business research and outbound teams.
The main responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives and sales agents
- Managing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Developing strategies and action plans to achieve business goals
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify business opportunities
- Ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Implementing training programs to enhance team performance and skills
