Job Description
Qualifications: BSc / BE / ME / MSc in Civil Engineering
Experience: 15–20 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all contract matters and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Monitor contractor performance to meet contractual obligations
- Coordinate and communicate instructions related to contract matters daily
- Prepare claims and variation orders per contract provisions
- Analyze progress and advise on delays and improvements
- Manage subcontractor agreements and payments
- Handle extension of time claims and contractual notices
- Ensure a safe working environment and implement QHSE policy
