Job Description
Kohistan Builders and Developers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Contracts to lead our tendering process and manage project costs effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accurate and competitive bids, conducting quantity takeoffs, and ensuring projects stay within budget. You’ll engage in contract negotiations and maintain all project-related documentation while proactively managing risks associated with project costing. Collaboration with project teams is essential to understand requirements and implement cost-control measures.

Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
