Job Description
Eocean (PVT) is looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – Corporate Experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and enhance support operations for our corporate clients, combining leadership in customer experience with data-driven strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proficient in CRM/ticketing systems, particularly Odoo.
– A Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
– 6-8 years of relevant experience in corporate experience, including 3-4 years in a leadership capacity.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the corporate experience team effectively.
– Address escalated customer concerns and optimize support tools for efficiency.
