Job Description

Job Purpose: To lead a dynamic customer experience team dedicated to enhancing overall customer satisfaction within the organization, with a primary focus on the Network, Product, and Contact domains.

Brief Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Targets management, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Service Channel enhancement to create ease for users
  • 360 Customer Feedback collection and mapping to identify service improvements
  • Robust project management capabilities
  • Proven expertise in driving and overseeing the development of project estimations and comprehensive project plans
  • Experience in optimizing customer service performance
  • Proficient in data visualization and report preparation
  • Highly analytical with problem resolution recommendations
  • Skilled in conducting internal and external customer surveys
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience & satisfaction
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments

Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree

Work Experience: Minimum 4 yrs. or Above
