Job Description
Position: Manager Digital and Customer Services
Company: KUZA Ventures
Location: Karachi
Education: Business Graduate from a reputed University
Experience: At least 5-6 years’ working experience in customer service/relevant fields; including minimum 2 years in the team lead/Manager capacity
Digital Services:
- Facilitate the development of key Digital Services and e-Com activities
- Conduct customer surveys on Customer Services & Digital tools adoption etc.
- Liaison with various internal teams for effective & efficient service delivery
- Development & implementation of processes & tools to improve customer service standards
Service & Operational Management:
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines & SOPs in customer service management
- Prompt communication and coordination with customers
- Delivery of Customer Services related KPIs
- Work closely with Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain teams for timely delivery
- Address customer queries, complaints, and escalate when necessary
