Job Description
- Manage the growth strategy on all Digital platforms for enabling the digital agenda.
- Initiate new functionalities, services, and transaction types on current digital platforms.
- Setting the direction of the development lifecycle of the current digital channels.
- Define opportunities leveraging multiple sources of data for data innovation.
- Research of innovative & new technologies to ensure high standards of customer experience.
- Re-engineering current legacy processes for excellence in service delivery.
- Digitizing the current channels in line with upcoming technologies.
- Interaction with technology partners for seamless project execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams on project delivery, reports & regulatory mandates.
- Implement new technologies to innovate digitally with a focus on digital self-care & acquisition.
- Lead innovation for best global practices to push the digital agenda forward.
- Provide guidance & direction on digital technology for functional goals.
- Designing & executing the end-to-end process falling under the UI/UX journey of various digital channels.
- Explore technology knowledge related to applications, web portals, APIs, etc.
