Job Description
Minimum MBA (preferably in marketing) with 4 years experience or Masters in Mass Communication with 8 years relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing the company’s public interactions via digital media platforms, analyzing engagement data, and planning campaigns to build online community.
- Plan and develop digital media campaigns.
- Implement monthly calendar for digital media postings.
- Develop compelling content or through advertising agencies.
- Propose new ways to enhance social media promotions.
- Ensure content posting across digital media accounts.
- Organize digital media communication events and monitor campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and develop videos of company achievements.
- Supervise online sessions for customer complaints and guide team integration.
- Review and suggest blog topics, monitor bloggers, and ensure media activities compliance.
- Review budgets, payments, and expenses.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
