Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Manager – Ecosystem based Adaptation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ecosystem-based adaptation projects, aimed at increasing the resilience of communities and ecosystems to climate change impacts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for ecosystem-based adaptation in collaboration with project partners.
  • Managing project activities, including budget management and progress reporting.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of project objectives.
  • Conducting research and analysis on best practices in ecosystem-based adaptation.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to project staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, with expertise in ecosystem-based adaptation and climate change resilience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
