Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Essentia. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, creating and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales and management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
