Position Title: Manager Administration

Location: Lahore

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical (Preferred)

Core Job Responsibilities:

• General Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations and communication among departments.
• Labor Matters: Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Legal Matters: Liaise with legal counsel on compliance issues, contracts, and any legal disputes that may arise within the manufacturing operations.
• Disciplinary Matters: Develop and implement disciplinary policies, handle investigations, and ensure fair treatment of employees in disciplinary cases.
• Security Matters: Ensure a safe working environment by managing security protocols, conducting safety audits, and addressing any security concerns.
• Building and Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of facilities, manage repairs, and coordinate with service providers to ensure a functional work environment.
• Shift Management: Plan and manage shifts to ensure optimal workforce deployment and productivity, addressing any scheduling conflicts.
• Payroll and Overtime: Supervise payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation, and manage overtime calculations and approvals.
• Manpower Handling: Collaborate with HR to manage staffing levels, recruitment, and workforce planning to meet production demands.
• Canteen/Mess: Oversee the operations of the canteen/mess services, ensuring quality food services are provided to employees.
• Transportation: Manage transportation logistics for employees, ensuring safe and efficient transit to and from the manufacturing site.
