Job Description
- Management of Financial Business Planning
- Preparation of budget for mark-up and non-mark-up revenue and expenses, including profit & loss for ADC and Branchless Banking
- Preparation of cashflow projections
- Review and consolidation of CAPEX budget from Admin and IT departments
- Preparation of budgeted OPEX at HO, AO, and Branches levels
- Preparation of branch-wise profitability budgets
- Dissemination of budget and forecast documentation
- Liaison with departments during budget cycle
- Preparation of five-year strategy document
- Monitoring of CAPEX/OPEX actual vs budget utilization
- Acquisition of semi-annual & annual credit ratings
- Submission of annual data to PMN
- Calculation of financial impact of product fee and rate changes
- Preparation of product-wise financial yield
- Data Analytics
