Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of The Mall. This position involves supervising housekeeping staff to guarantee that high standards are met, creating a safe and inviting environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team, including recruitment and training.
- Set and uphold cleaning standards and protocols.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in budgeting for the housekeeping department.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement staff training programs.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred. A minimum of 8 years in housekeeping is necessary, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
