Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all HR operations including manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, and compensation function.
Responsible for overseeing all administrative activities including housekeeping, security, transport, and waste disposal management.
Build sound relations with government bodies like (LESCO, WASA, LDA, SNGPL, Civil defense, and Chamber, etc.) and resolve all matters effectively and efficiently.
