Job Description
Indus Motor is looking for a qualified and experienced Manager for our Manufacturing Division. The successful candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities will include the development and implementation of maintenance systems, management of PLCs and instrumentation, oversight of spare parts management, and the advancement of continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean strategies. Additionally, the role entails the revitalization of our Training Center.
Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication capabilities.
