Experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, identify upselling opportunities, and manage budgets.
- Gather market intelligence and collaborate for business development initiatives.
Knowledge And Skills
- Deep understanding of construction chemicals and applications.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering, MBA preferred.
