Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review financial records, operational processes, and business activities to identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement audit plans and programs to address identified risks and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to internal auditing and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the manufacturing or apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal control concepts, and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
