Brief Job Description:
The International Business/Relationship Manager will oversee sales leads and cultivate relationships with international carriers and interconnections. They will negotiate settlement rates for international voice and data services (IPLC, MPLS, IPT, PNI, etc.) and ensure timely payment recovery from customers to maintain company profitability.

Detailed Job Description:
Sales Responsibility
• Managing all aspects of International Carrier Relations, including partnerships for inbound, outbound, and transit Voice Business, as well as Data services (IP/IPLC Bandwidth sales).
• Establishing and nurturing alliances with key strategic partners in the global market.
• Conducting commercial negotiations for activating capacity for voice and data circuits, ensuring alignment of interconnect arrangements with bilateral Administrations.

Recovery Responsibility
• Data-reconciliation with Customers and internal stakeholders i.e. Finance.
• Following up with customers for payments in a timely manner.
• Ensuring recovery of payments.
