Job Description
As a Manager of International Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global talent pool. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring highly skilled professionals from around the world to join our dynamic team.
In this position, your duties will include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, leveraging various channels (both online and offline) to source potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the entire recruitment process.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on international hiring practices. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and universities, to stay updated on industry trends and identify top talent.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of global talent markets and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in international recruiting, familiarity with immigration processes, and knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies will be highly valued.
