Job Description
MBA with at least 4 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 8 Years relevant experience. Specialization in Human Resources shall be given preference.
- Responsible for smooth IR activities and maintain industrial peace throughout the Company
- Plan activities relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations
- Responsible for legal compliance of statutory requirement under Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act and various other Labor Laws.
- Assisting in Charter agreements / activities / processes.
- Advise Management and CBA in development, application and interpretation of various labor laws, policies and practices.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
