Job Brief:
We are seeking motivated and experienced resources to join our Team as Manager Leasing & Facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team, optimize KPIs, maintain customer interactions, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build & lead teams for Facility & Property Management
- Design SOPs for building operations and maintenance
- Build relationships with vendors and partners
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage partnerships
- Collaborate with stakeholders and represent the company professionally
- Determine prospective tenants, manage rent payments, and tenant retention
- Execute marketing campaigns and oversee operational matters
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Management & Marketing
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
