Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Legal to join our team. As a Manager Legal, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee legal operations within the company.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, such as litigation and negotiations.
- Monitor and update the company on changes in laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal professional.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
