Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Enhance market share across wholesale, retail, and corporate segments.
• Motivate and ensure optimal efficiency of marketing personnel.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and quality objectives for the marketing department.
• Ensure receivables are managed within limits and paid on time.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Age: 28–33 years.
• Experience: 6–8 years in a senior managerial role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Education: Master’s in Sales & Marketing required.

Compensation: Gross monthly salary: PKR 200,00 – 230,00, benefits included.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (3-month probation).
