Job Information

Job Description

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Manage and ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of other mechanical systems and equipment within the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain system performance.
• Coordinate and lead mechanical maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and cost forecasting for maintenance activities.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and budget for mechanical parts and supplies.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Present reports on mechanical system performance and improvements to senior management.
• Plan and oversee facility upgrades and construction projects related to mechanical systems.
• Provide labor and material cost estimates for mechanical repairs and maintenance projects.
• Create annual work plans and schedules for mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Utilize knowledge of Building Management Systems for effective integration of mechanical systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
