Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager position at National Machinery Corporation in Lahore. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing inventory, overseeing staff, supervising sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growth and success, and reporting to top management on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in heavy construction machinery and equipment
- Ability to oversee inventory, staff, and sales
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing growth strategies
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Salary Range: Rs.60,00-Rs.70,00/-
