Job Description
*Hiring for our client firm.
Location: Colabs, Lahore
Office timing: 9 pm to 6 am
Nature of job: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Accurately update and process customer information in our agency management system, efficiently assigning tickets.
- Proactively research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on retention and minimizing churn.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
- Work seamlessly with account managers and operations team members to ensure a cohesive approach.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success roles or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficient in multitasking in multiple systems and comfortable learning new computer programs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
