We are seeking a motivated and organized Influencer Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our brand presence through influencer partnerships.

Position Overview:

As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to enhance our brand’s visibility. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you will coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
• Negotiate and send contracts to influencers, outlining expectations, deliverables, and compensation.
• Coordinate the distribution of products to influencers and ensure they receive necessary information for content creation.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align influencer content with overall social media strategy.
• Manage influencer communications, providing support, feedback, and ensuring a positive working relationship.
• Monitor influencer content creation to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is delivered on time.
• Act as a liaison between influencers and internal teams, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Track and analyze influencer performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor influencer activities, and emerging social media platforms.
• Continuously seek new opportunities to expand and diversify our influencer network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with influencers.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for tracking influencer performance is a plus.
