Imam Hospital, established in 1973, is a General Hospital located at Water Pump Chorangi Block “I” North Nazimabad, Karachi. Spread over an area of 4600 Sq yards, it provides specialist and cost-effective patient care. The hospital is fully equipped with a variety of facilities, including an Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care, General wards, Private Rooms, and Air Conditioned Rooms. The Casualty/Emergency department is manned by trained personnel and supervised by qualified and experienced Consultants.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager on Duty at Imam Hospital. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including managing staff, resolving patient issues, ensuring quality of care, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective decision-making, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years experience in healthcare management or related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make critical decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospital operations and regulations
- Proficiency in computer systems and medical software
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in emergency management is a plus
