Job Description:
Develop and implement processes for customer onboarding and lending. Responsible for overseeing digital banking onboarding processes and optimizing lending operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve processes for customer onboarding and lending
- Manage user acceptance tests for implementation and reporting
- Evaluate flows and develop products for customer convenience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop digital process and liaise with tech for implementation
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computers, Finance, Science, Arts, or Commerce.
- Knowledge of updated regulatory compliance requirements/framework.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Leadership, Motivation, Timeline assurance
- Good Communication skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Developing a comprehensive product strategy for digital banking
- Provide training and support to team members
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in onboarding & lending or a relevant field.
