Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Manager in the Operational Risk function at JS Bank. The role involves overseeing and managing the operational risk framework and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain operational loss events database as per regulator guidelines.
- Recommend mechanisms to identify, assess, and manage operational risks.
- Provide quantification measures for operational risks.
- Anticipate operational risks for effective risk management.
- Review risks related to new products, activities, or changes.
- Calculate operational risk capital charge.
- Compare KRI results against thresholds and trends.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis and BCP Drills.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate/postgraduate with 3+ years experience in Operational Risk Management or Compliance.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to Operational risk.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Target Oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter and effective collaborator.
