Job Description
Key deliverables:
- Develop and recommend a document management system for corporate policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Upgrade standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core processes.
- Analyze processes to identify faults and recommend improvements.
- Assist departments in resolving operational gaps.
- Coordinate with departments for policy and manual development.
- Prepare financial reports for welfare projects.
- Review MOUs and Agreements.
- Review financial budgets and propose improvements.
- Draft proposals for welfare projects.
- Other assignments as per department needs.
Qualification & Work Experience:
- CA Inter, ACCA with completed articles, or MBA/M.Com/M.S in Accounting & Finance with 2 years of industry experience.
- BBA/B.S in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of industry experience.
- Good communication and report writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in social sector or nonprofit organizations preferred.
