Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics is actively searching for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our branch’s daily operations. The role encompasses supervising parcel sorting, managing delivery schedules, and leading staff effectively. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to recruit and inspire a team while ensuring the highest standard of customer service. Financial responsibilities include developing budgets and monitoring performance metrics to achieve operational efficiency.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrable experience in operations management, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in logistics software are essential.
