Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Manager People Excellence at Kualitatem Inc. As the Manager People Excellence, you will be responsible for implementing and driving initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address employee engagement and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure effective communication and employee relations
