Job Description
JS Bank is seeking a Manager Performance Management & Rewards for our Karachi office. This permanent position will directly report to the Head of Performance Management & Rewards.
Position Summary: The selected candidate will manage the Performance Management system, Head Count & HR Cost Budgets, and propose HR Policies in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting annual performance appraisals and tracking financial impacts
- Monthly dashboard reporting for budget analysis
- Developing standardized Job Descriptions/KPIs
- Enhancing existing HR Policies
- Monitoring HR Budgets
- Participating in salary and benchmarking surveys
Unique Knowledge & Skills:
- Graduate/Masters in HR from a recognized business school
- 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and dashboard reporting
