Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, control, and evaluate daily production based on production plan.
- Ensure new materials meet desired quality standards.
- Draft production plans according to demand and make periodic adjustments.
- Maintain high production quality with zero off-spec batches as a key KPI.
- Handle debottlenecking and modifications at the plant.
- Oversee Health, Safety, and Environment activities at the plant.
- Generate and maintain reports and analyses related to plant and production.
- Liaise with supply chain, purchase, and maintenance departments.
