Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and leadership within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent team leadership and resource management skills.
- Effective communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery and management of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Possess high-level full-stack knowledge to guide project teams effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
- Communicate project progress and address concerns promptly.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to quality in development and deliverables.
- Implement best practices and standards to maintain service integrity.
- Manage high-level day-to-day operations, coordinating between resources and clients for smooth project execution.
- Address operational challenges and find effective solutions.
- Develop and manage team/resource allocation strategies for productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the resource bench to ensure readiness and adaptability for project demands.
