As a Manager Retail Sales, you will lead the Sales team, coach and train them to meet sales targets, communicate clients’ requirements, provide guidance, ensure team marketing properties, follow up with clients, maintain relationships, and seek new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Sales force, coach, and train teams to meet sales targets.
- Understand clients’ requirements and communicate effectively to the sales team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team meets/exceeds sales targets.
- Ensure clients are briefed about relevant property units and equip sales team to market properties effectively.
- Follow up with clients, understand evolving requirements, ensure satisfaction, and maintain relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales, 4-5 years experience in sales, strong communication skills.
