Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Manager Sales & Business Development at Legacy 83 Pvt Ltd. The Manager Sales & Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed the company’s goals and growing business through effective territory management, nurturing client relationships, and managing sales teams. The Manager will work collaboratively with the marketing and operations departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Experience with Luxury Real Estate is a plus
