Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Sales and Services for our office in Karachi. The incumbent is responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development. Candidates must have dynamic leadership, excellent communication, and decision-making skills.
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies for Central Region targets, conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiate agreements with clients.
- Lead sales and services teams, coordinate cross-selling initiatives, and create effective sales programs.
- Prepare and compile data for strategic sales plans, reports, goals, and budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software Industry.
