Job Description
Job Summary: Provide support to Senior QC Manager in QC activities for Product Stability. Organize, lead and control of activities in Stability section.
Principal Duties
- Daily planning for stability section and Implementation of quality GMP and GLP.
- Maintain stability chambers to ensure performance within specification.
- Monitoring Temperature and Humidity conditions with climatic chambers at specified conditions.
- Ensure stability samples are received and stored in designated stability chambers.
- Prepare stability master plan and ensure adherence, prepare, and communicate monthly stability test plan to all stake holders.
- Documentation and Analysis of stability data.
- Generate, review, and approve the stability summary report for each individual stability batch.
- Evaluate stability data and investigate any aberrant / out of trend along with Senior QC Manager.
- Provide stability data after review for Annual Product Quality Review.
- Provide support to regulatory department via providing stability data for local ministry and export country filing.
- Management and monitoring of StarLIMS for stability studies for stability protocols and complete studies in system.
- Review of applicable policies and inline SOPs (related to stability program and starlims).
- Timely implementation of CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and CEP (Capital Expenditure Plan) activities.
- Yearly goals setting, review and completion for all stability staff.
- Involvement in other QC activities as required; involvement departmental and cross-functional teams as required on various initiatives and/or quality events.
- Make sure that activities and effort in area of responsibilities results in timely availability of product/introduction of new product and team achievement.
- Any other activities as directed by QC Manager / DQA (Director Quality Assurance).
Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of Stability requirements, QA activities, Validation, problem resolution skills and other all activities taking place in QC/QA.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field.
Minimum Qualifications
- B. Pharm / Pharm. D / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / Master of Science
