Job Description
- Oversee all maintenance and repair of RTEH facilities performed by maintenance crews.
- Conduct facility inspections and coordinate and plan the maintenance schedule.
- Develop, implement and manage annual work plans for maintenance. Maintain, approve and monitor weekly work schedules. Plan, organize, direct and inspect work of crews.
- Supervise and evaluate performance, provide daily supervision and interaction with the team.
- Develop, review and manage various budgets, and support the supervisor in the development of statistical reports and the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage yearly goals of all facilities.
- Coordinate with the project office regarding expansion tasks and projects.
- Review plans and make recommendations as to maintenance and operation of new facilities prior to and during construction.
- Provide and qualify estimates of labor and material costs for maintenance repairs. Plan and conduct meetings with the team to ensure conformance with accepted standards based on departmental goals and objectives.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
