The Manager would be responsible for program implementation, quality assurance, and growth. Leading the team, providing direction, and guidance to ensure alignment and smooth coordination. Using data for informed decisions to enhance program quality. Managing communication with internal stakeholders and assisting with fund raising.

Required Skills
Project management, community mobilization, analytical, process-oriented, communication, interpersonal, computer literacy, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Education
Undergraduate degree or MBA with project implementation experience.
Experience
5+ years in project management in the development sector, pro-active, clear thinker, and team leader.
