Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at Qbatch. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, computer proficiency, keen attention to detail, and quick learning abilities.
Job Description:
- Handle emails and communications efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with team members to organize project information.
- Update project management tools accurately.
- Support project managers in preparing plans and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant certifications, experience as a virtual assistant, MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, familiarity with collaboration tools, adaptability, and basic IT knowledge.
