Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team. As a Market Access Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure our products meet the regulatory and reimbursement requirements in the target markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market insights, assess pricing and reimbursement trends, and identify opportunities to maximize market access.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market access strategies for new and existing products
- Conduct reimbursement and pricing analysis to optimize market position
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Engage with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities and reimbursement agencies
- Monitor and assess market access landscape changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access or related roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
