Responsibilities:
- Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients
- Message potential candidates on LinkedIn
- Review and source expert profiles for client projects
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (Fresh grads are highly encouraged)
- An updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections
- Availability to focus on the role (not a full-time employee or student)
Work Commitment:
You must dedicate a total of 8 hours per day to this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.
Understanding Credits & Submissions:
- Credit: Earn $80 per credit and $3 per expert submission
- Submission: Each expert submission counts towards potential earnings
Compensation Details:
- Commission-Based role:
- $80 per credit
- $3 per expert submission
Example Earnings:
- Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
