Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mingāora. As the Marketing and Fundraising Officer, your responsibilities include planning and executing engaging campaigns to raise funds, promote our mission, and communicate with donors through digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in donor management, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong project management skills with an ability to bring projects to completion
- Knowledge of designing creative material using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar
- Experience in managing budgets and working towards financial targets
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and a proactive approach.
- Understanding of Akhuwat’s philosophy, vision, and mission is a plus
- Prior experience working at a non-profit is a plus
