Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist role based in Karachi that offers some flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing automation campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The individual will use a range of marketing automation tools and work with multiple data sources, including client provided data, CRMs, and website analytics, to improve the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Google Analytics + Tag Manager to understand implementations in detail.
- Experience in using marketing automation tools, preferably WebEngage, MoEngage, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
- Exposure to product analytics tools like MixPanel & Amplitude is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus, and an understanding of Google Data Studio / Looker Studio / Tableau is a plus plus.
- Experience in working with multiple data sources, including client provided data, and utilizing it to improve reporting.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate challenges and ideas on solutions.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
